Suspect to identify in Livery Street fraud and break and enter in March

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a fraud as well as the break and enter it is linked to, and is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible.
On the morning of Saturday, March 2, 2019 a residential break and enter occurred in the 300 block of (area of) Livery Street in Ottawa. An unknown male suspect stole the homeowner’s wallet containing several identification cards and a credit card.
Several hours later the stolen credit card was used fraudulently at a grocery store and a gas station in Brockville area.
The suspect was described as Caucasian male in his 20’s. He was wearing a black jacket, black pants, black Gucci brand baseball cap and white Nike Air Jordan shoes (see photos).
