Suspect to identify in Manotick Robbery

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police service is seeking the public’s help to identify the person responsible for a commercial robbery that occurred in the 5500 block of Manotick Main Street on October 15th.
At approximately 12:40am, a man entered a business and went directly behind the cash register. He emptied the cigarette display into a green storage bin and left the area on foot.
The suspect is described as a man with an average build, possibly slightly larger. He was wearing a piece of clothing over his head, navy blue sweater, dark pants, blue Nike shoes, and black gloves. He was carrying a baseball bat and a green storage bin (see photos).
