Suspect to identify in Queensway Park Robbery

(Ottawa)—The Robbery Unit is looking for public assistance to identify a man involved in a personal Robbery on June 19th, 2021.
At approximately 11:00pm, a man was walking in the area of Queensway Park near the OC Transpo Blair transit station when he was approached by the suspect. He was physically assaulted and fell on the ground. The suspect then proceeded to steal several items from him. The victim suffered minor injuries.
The suspect is described as a is described as Black man, in his mid to late 20’s, bald, muscular build, 190-200 lbs (86-91 kg). He was wearing blue Adidas pants, dark t-shirt and slip-on shoes at the time of the offence (see photos).
