Suspect to identify in Robertson Rd personal robbery

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Robbery Unit is looking to identify a suspect involved in a personal robbery on June 21 in the 1800 block of Robertson Road.
At approximately 2:30 pm, a lone suspect met with the victim to purchase a cell phone. The suspect pulled out what was described as a taser by the victim. The suspect stole the phone and fled the area in a vehicle nearby.
The suspect is described as a woman, possibly middle eastern with a light skin complexion, 19-22 years old, 5’6” - 5’ 8” (168-173 cm), and a heavier build. She has a tattoo on her left inside forearm possibly in Arabic writing, a tattoo or writing on her right forearm and a tattoo of a scorpion (or similar) on her left upper chest area (see photos).
