Suspect to identify in theft on Campeau Drive

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service West Criminal Investigative Section is seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a theft that occurred in the 8100 block of Campeau Drive.
On April 6th at approximately 8:50 am, the suspect entered a commercial retail location and wandered around. He then picked up an employee’s phone, concealed it in his jacket and left the store.
The suspect is described as a white male, 25-35 years-old, 6’0” (183cm) and 170 lbs (77kg). He was seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black jeans and brown safety boots.
