Suspect to identify in Woodroffe Avenue Robbery

(Ottawa) — The Robbery Unit is looking for public assistance to identify a man involved in a Robbery in the 1500 block of Woodroffe Avenue on March 14th, 2021.
At approximately 11:40pm, a lone man entered a business, assaulted the cashier, and took an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register. The cashier did not sustain serious injuries.
The suspect is described as a Black man in his early to mid-20’s, approximately 5’9” (175cm), and average build. He was wearing a black puffy jacket with the hood up, black pants, white running shoes and had a 2-coloured bandana covering his nose to neck (see photos).
