Suspects to identify in Beavertail Road Assault
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday, June 10, 2020 4:34pm
(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police is seeking the public’s assistance to identify three men responsible for an Assault in the 500 block of Beavertail Road on June 8th.
At approximately 1:30pm, three men were observed trespassing on a property by the owner. The male victim approached the men and asked them to leave.
At that time, the three men attacked the victim without provocation. They struck him with fist and feet and also used a rock. They fled the scene in a vehicle when a passerby approached. The victim was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The suspects’ vehicle is described as an early 2010 brown Toyota Corolla bearing Ontario plates.
The suspects are described as follows (no photos available):
- Suspect 1 - Caucasian male, 20-25 years old, with black hair wearing a black baseball cap
- Suspect 2 - Caucasian male, 16-20 years old, 5’9”-5’10” (175-178cm), thin build with blonde hair. He was wearing a blue t-shirt and jeans.
- Suspect 3 - Caucasian male, 20-25 years old, 5’2”-5’5” (157-165cm) thin build and clean shaven. He was wearing a grey t-shirt.
