Suspects to identify in Lowertown Assault
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday, December 14, 2022 10:00 pm
(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Central Investigations Unit is looking for the public’s assistance to identify three men and one woman involved in an assault in the Lowertown area on October 9, 2022.
At approximately 1:15 am, a man and a woman were in a business establishment in the 300 block on Dalhousie Street when the woman lit a cigarette inside. She was asked to put it out and refused, which led to an altercation. Both the man and woman left the business. A short time after the 2 suspects returned with 2 other men who began to assault the staff members causing one person to go to the hospital.
Suspect 1 is described as a white female, with long dark brown hair, wearing a black sweater with a white logo on the front, blue jeans and white low top sneakers.
Suspect 2 is described as a white male with longer curly blond hair, wearing a black jacket, grey shirt underneath, grey pants with holes around the knee area, Vans style dark sneakers with a white line on.
Suspect 3 is described as a white male, with short brown hair wearing a black short sleeved t-shirt, green cargo khaki type pants and dark shoes.
Suspect 4 is described as a white male with short brown hair and a short beard, wearing a black jacket a dark-coloured shirt underneath with a white logo on it, black pants and white sneakers.
