Suspects to identify in Residential Break and Enter on Carling Avenue
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Thursday, May 14, 2020 1:00pm
(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Break and Enter Unit is seeking public assistance to identify two suspects involved in a residential Break and Enter on Carling Avenue on April 24th.
At approximately 3:45am, a man and a woman entered the front entrance of an apartment building located on the 3100 block of Carling Avenue using a stolen access pass. They then proceeded to an area of the building and exited though the same door they had originally came in a few minutes later. They stole an artificial plant that was in the main lobby. It is unknown if anything else was stolen at the time.
The first suspect is described as a Black man, 30 to 40 years old, stocky build and shaved head. He was wearing a green, white and blue hoodie, sweatpants, white sneakers and a blue surgical mask at the time of the offence. He was also carrying a black duffel bag with white writing on its side (see photos).
The second suspect is described as a Caucasian woman, 20 to 30 years old, thin build with red hair in a bun. She was wearing a green hoodie, blue and white sneakers, dark grey leggings and a blue surgical mask at the time of the offence (see photos).
