Update: Suspect identified in Lowertown Break and Enter

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Break and Enter Unit would like to thank the public for its help in identifying the suspect in the April 3rd, 2021 commercial Break and Enter that occurred on Rideau Street.
The man has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Suspect to identify in Lowertown Break and Enter
(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Break and Enter Unit is looking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man involved in a commercial Break and Enter that occurred in the 400 block of Rideau Street on April 3rd, 2021.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, 35 to 40 years old, approximately 6’0” (183cm), slim build, and short hair. The suspect was last seen wearing a dark leather jacket with what appears to be “Rangers” written across the back. The man also has identifiable neck and arm tattoos (see photos).
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Break and Enter Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 4533.
