Update: Suspect identified in Mann Avenue break and enter

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police would like to advise the public that the suspect has been identified in the Mann Avenue break and enter that occurred on April 10th.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
Anyone with information regarding this break-in, or any other break-in, is asked to call the Ottawa Police Service Break and Enter Unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 4533.

Suspect to identify in Mann Avenue break and enter
(Ottawa) -The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a residential apartment building break and enter and is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the suspect responsible.
On 10th April 2020 at approximately 03:15 am, a man entered a residential apartment building in the 100 block of Mann Avenue and subsequently broke into the secured bicycle storage room.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, 20-30 years old, dark-coloured eyes, short hair, scruffy goatee and thin chin strap beard, possibly reddish in colour. The male was wearing a red Toronto Raptors baseball cap, black jacket, grey shirt, light blue jeans and black sneakers with white soles. The male was also carrying a blue waterproof-type backpack on his shoulders (see photos).
