Youths charged with Weapons, Theft and Mischief offences: police seeking further witnesses

(Ottawa) — On April 22^nd, the Ottawa Police Service West Criminal Investigations Section charged a 13 year old youth and a 14 year old youth following an investigation into an incident where a group of youths, who had stolen replica Glock air pistols, fired them at a nearby motor vehicle in the 3000 block of Palladium Drive around 4:00 pm that day.

The youths were jointly charged with Possession of a Concealed Weapon, Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace, Theft Under $5000, Possession of Stolen Property and Mischief to Property.

Police are seeking further witnesses and anyone who may have taken cellphone footage of the incident.
