Bentley Avenue shooting investigation

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a shooting that occurred on Thursday, December 21 in the 1-100 block of Bentley Avenue.

At approximately 2:55 pm, police responded to the area following several 911 calls of shots fired. One man suffered minor injuries, was treated at the scene and released.

The investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information, cell phone footage, or any other video of the incident is asked to contact the Guns and Gangs Unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 5050.
